Gin & Tonic
Ingredients
4 cl HUM 587 Botanical Gin
Large ice cube
15-20 cl Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water
Lemon
Rosemary
Method
Pour the gin over a large ice cube in a balloon-glass and add the Tonic Water. Garnish with a slice of lemon, and run lemon round the rim of the glass dress with a sprig of rosemary.
