Gin & Tonic
Ingredients
- 4 cl HUM 587 Botanical Gin 
- Large ice cube 
- 15-20 cl Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water 
- Lemon 
- Rosemary 
Method
Pour the gin over a large ice cube in a balloon-glass and add the Tonic Water. Garnish with a slice of lemon, and run lemon round the rim of the glass dress with a sprig of rosemary.
